Evo has been providing preventative maintenance for Babcock Integrated Technology's fire detection systems at their Bristol Ashton Vale and Tewkesbury sites. We have been responsible for ensuring the fire detection systems are always in good working order, including regular maintenance checks and any necessary modifications or upgrades. In addition, we have been responsible for the annual maintenance of site-wide fire extinguishers including regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that the extinguishers are in working order.

One of our key accomplishments for Babcock Integrated Technology was the design, installation, and commissioning of a new networked ADT MX fire detection system within the new HTF building at Bristol. Our team worked closely with Babcock to understand their specific needs and designed a system that met those needs while also being compliant with BS5839-1:2017. The installation and commissioning of the new system were carried out with minimal disruption to Babcock's operations.

Lighthouse Schools Partnership. This case study highlights Evo's successful partnership with the Lighthouse Trust Schools, encompassing the provision of maintenance services across multiple locations in Bristol and Somerset. Evo's expertise in fire detection, intruder systems, CCTV, access control, monitoring, emergency lighting, gates, and sprinkler systems played a pivotal role in securing and maintaining the trust's facilities.

LiveWest Bristol Foyer. In February 2023, Evo Fire & Security was presented with a high-profile project by LiveWest. Their mission: to design, install, and commission a state-of-the-art Paxton access control system at Bristol Foyer, a vital housing facility for vulnerable young people in the heart of Bristol. This marked Evo's first large-scale undertaking for LiveWest, solidifying its growing reputation in the security industry.

Leonardo Helicopters. Leonardo Helicopters, a renowned aerospace company, required a comprehensive fire alarm solution to upgrade the fire detection systems across 20 buildings at their headquarters in Yeovil. Evo Fire & Security, a leading provider of fire and security solutions, successfully won the tender to execute this challenging project.

Bristol Water. Evo has been providing preventive maintenance for Bristol Water's fire detection systems across 46 sites since January 2020. Our team of experienced engineers have carried out regular maintenance checks, modifications, and upgrades to ensure the systems are compliant to BS5839-1:2017.

21st CBS. Evo has established a close partnership with 21st CBS to deliver comprehensive fire and security solutions for their projects. We have been providing our expertise to 21st CBS for a wide range of sites, including warehouse units, schools, office refurbishments, and retail units. We have been working closely with Secure Meters to ensure that their fire and security systems meet the recommended standards and are in line with their health and safety policy. Our goal is to provide Secure Meters with peace of mind, knowing that their fire and security systems are in good hands.

Cushman & Wakefield. EvoFire has been providing fire and security services to Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial development company, for a number of years. Our partnership with Cushman & Wakefield started with the maintenance of their main Bristol Harbourside commercial development. Since then, we have been working closely with their team to provide fire and security services throughout the Southwest region.

I am pleased to say that Evo Fire & Security have carried out a superb job on site at Bristol Foyer. As building manager, I was concerned and genuinely worried about this upgrade project, due to our building being oversubscribed and always at full capacity, I wasn't sure how such a large project could be carried out without down time and effecting both staff and residents. From the initial pre-start meeting Evo provided us with confidence, this evolved throughout the project and due to efforts of the installers and management at Evo, the project was a complete success from start to finish. Evo Fire & Security began a large-scale project in November 2022 at Leonardo Helicopters UK under the Principal Contractor for a site-wide Fire Alarm Upgrade Project, which spanned over 20 different buildings. Mervyn and the Evo Fire & Security team have reassured us throughout. The team has executed a professional installation; showcasing highly trained, expert technicians and commissioning engineers throughout the project who have communicated well throughout.

The hard work undertaken has paid dividends in the reduction of planned installation timescales for multiple large buildings. Evo has been consistently reliable every step of the way. As our site has complex manufacturing facilities, Evo has had to adapt its approach to deal with an incredibly demanding environment, which was achieved with ease.

I cannot fault the experience we have had with Evo Fire & Security so far. In an organisation of our size, it is the absence of calls and emails from schools about problems & concerns they may have which speaks volumes about the quality of a service you are receiving.

The mobilisation of our contract went extremely smoothly due to Evo’s flexible and understanding approach to our individual sites.
